Ellen Kipnis, LCSW
Ellen Kipnis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in the diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, and related disorders in teens and adults. She started her career in early intervention, shaping her life's mission and passion in the field of ADHD and Autism. Over the years, Ellen has worked in various clinical settings and group practices specializing in developmental and cognitive disorders. She believes that a holistic approach to treatment is the key to unlocking a client's true potential.
Services offered
Evaluation services are offered for the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, Autism, and related behavioral disorders. Evaluations are completed for diagnostic and educational/testing accommodations for teenagers and adults.
Additional evaluation services offered for immigration processing, bariatric surgery clearance, FMLA, and social security disability.
We offer individual and couples counseling to address symptoms of ADHD and related disorders.
Counseling services include ADHD coaching, executive functioning training, conflict resolution training, and crisis management.
Clinical services utilize a combination of CBT and EFT to address struggles related to emotional regulation, impulse control, and agitation/irritability.
Professional development services are offered for workplace/school related performance concerns and career counseling.
Pre-martial counseling helps to identify core beliefs, set realistic expectations for marriage, plan for the future, and decide how to merge your lives after marriage.
Pre-maritial counseling can help you better understand each other and be prepared for when problems emerge.
